石油巨头称我国油价涨近一元 与国际油价仍差4元

经过了8个月，中国的成品油价终于再次上调。6月19 日，国家发改委宣布，自6月20日起将汽油、柴油价格每吨提高1000元，航空煤油价格每吨提高1500元。因承受国际原油高油价影响带来的油荒压力，加之股市低迷，因此虽然此次油价每吨上调1000元－1500元，是有史以来中国油价上调幅度最大的一次，上调幅度接近20％，却一反常态地带来了颇具正面效应的市场反馈。 与此同时，尽管两大石油集团对此表示欢迎，但其相关负责人仍认为目前国内成品油价格与国际市场价格相比每升仍有3－4元价差。 油价仍有近4元价差 根据国家发改委的通知，6月20日起，汽油、柴油价格每吨提高1000元，航空煤油价格每吨提高1500元。汽油和柴油的全国平均零售基准价分别由每吨5980元和5520元调整为6980元和6520元；上浮8%后的全国平均零售价分别为每吨7540元和7040元；折合每升约分别提高0.8元和0.92元。 对于此次调价，国家发改委相关负责人指出，近一段时期以来，国际市场油价持续大幅度攀升，特别是今年2月中旬以来涨速加快。国内成品油与原油价格倒挂矛盾加剧，企业加工和进口亏损严重，大部分地方炼厂处于停产、半停产状态，供求矛盾突出，基于此适当提高成品油价格。 中国能源网首席信息官韩小平认为，原本预计政府会在7月份调整油价，但目前这个时机调整油价亦很合适。一方面全国各地呈现加油难，而两大石油集团和五大电力企业因权重大，拖累股市，使得股市持续低迷，这种状况急需解决；另一方面，农忙世界已过，油价上调最可能带来的不利影响，即农业用油价格提高可能导致农产品价格再次提高的问题被避免。 但两大石油集团一负责人告诉《华夏时报》记者，尽管此次上调幅度较大，但因为国内油价与国际油价倒挂严重，之间仍存在4500元左右的价差，这意味着，国内油价要与国际油价接轨，每升仍要上涨3－4块钱。 “政府还要再对成品油价格进行一次调整，但因中国国内成品油价格虽然称已与国际接轨，但每次调整总会存在20美元左右的价差，以此来看，如果国际油价仍保持目前水平，政府再次上调油价的幅度仍不会超过一块钱。”该负责人告诉记者。 Exercise and Diabetes how to prevent the movement of low blood sugar heart disease diabetes air defense
