下月起 市区公积金缴存基数调整

来自苏州市住房公积金管理中心的消息，自7月1日起，市区2008年度住房公积金缴存基数将进行调整，同时还将开始办理缴存单位的年检。

据介绍，新的缴存住房公积金的月工资基数是按职工本人2007年度月平均工资收入(工资总额)核定，最低不得低于苏州市劳动和社会保障局公布的最低月工资标准：最高不超过苏州市统计局公布的当地2007年度职工月平均工资的3倍，即8600元(此前为7900元)，不到最高限额的按实计算。缴存新职工住房补贴的月工资基数同口径调整。而住房公积金缴存比例，机关、事业单位仍为单位和职工各10%，企业仍为单位和职工各8%-12%。企业缴存比例未到各8%的应调到各8%，在各8%-12%幅度内未达到12%的，可继续上调到各12%。本年度住房公积金缴存基数的调整从2008年7月1日起执行，对7月至调整当月之间少缴部分的住房公积金，单位在调整时应做一次性补缴。

据了解，到2007年年底，苏州全市公积金累计归结额为238.6亿元，公积金资金余额为125.17亿元，参加公积金缴存的人数达到了105.8万人.公积金贷款累计发放185亿元，贷款余额为109.35亿元。而在2005- 2007年检，苏州新增缴存人数83.87万人。净增人数为44.9万人。

此外，由于不少缴存单位的信息比较老旧，没有进行更新，为了保证缴存单位的信息完整，有利于进一步提高公积金缴存的覆盖面，维护未缴存人的利益，苏州市住房公积金管理中心决定在本次调整月缴存基数的同时，对2007年12月31日前已办理住房公积金缴存登记(开户)的单位办理年检手续。年检内容为查验、核对单位住房公积金代码、组织机构代码、社保编号、工商营业执照编号，地址名称、性质、法定代表人或负责人、职工人数、缴存比例、月缴存额等信息。相关文件缴存单位可以到承办银行的营业网点或苏州市住房公积金管理中心服务大厅领取，也可在苏州市住房公积金管理中心网站上查阅并下载。 （晓牧）
